Job Description:	The successful candidate will plan, organize, instruct and lead Aquafit classes for various ages and abilities. The candidate will also be responsible for the training and supervision of a variety of participants of various ages and physical abilities and developing a program that recognizes their capabilities and level of fitness within a community recreation environment. They will also help motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals, while ensuring a positive and safe environment. We are looking for individuals who work well in a team environment, possess exceptional customer service skills and are enthusiastic and passionate about their work.
Qualifications:	High school diploma, CALA (Canadian Aqua Fitness Leaders Alliance), AEA (Aquatic Exercise Association) Standard First Aid with CPR C ability to provide a current criminal reference check satisfactory to the Town of Ajax
Salary Range:	$21 per class
