Qualification
-Aquafit or Water In Motion certification
-CPR - current
-Experienced instructors preferred but new graduates welcome (all considered applicants will be asked to do a demonstration class)
Requirements
-High energy and enthusiastic with an outgoing personality
-Interest in joining a dynamic Aquafit team
-Able to work with a variety of abilities and ages
-Interest in educating the participants not just leading the class
-Willingness to share knowledge and skills with participants and other instructors
-Must be punctual and responsible
-Take time to orientate new participants
-Continuous development of skills and knowledge in Aquafitness
-Promote and communicate Goodlife in-house functions, promotions and classes
-Encourage and coach participants in a manner that provides the best possible workout
-Go that extra mile
-Attend regional meetings
-May be asked to teach a special class on holidays or at club special events
-Be available to cover classes for other Aquafit instructors during their absence
-Continue to find ways to promote and improve the Aquafitness Program
-Keep the deck clear - leave the equipment organized and clear of the deck after each class
-Report equipment in need of replacement or repair
-Report unsafe pool and deck conditions
-Must provide own original music (SOCAN followed)
-Must be able to work with participants of varying abilities and ages.

Classes (dependent on pool location)
- Shallow and deep, ROM, Muscle, Cardio
- Goodlife also provides Water In Motion (preset choreography) on their aquatic schedule - training opportunities are available for those who want to pursue this certifcation
-diverse group of particpants with varying abilities
-morning and evening classes, weekday and weekends
-aqua safety mats provide and a chair
- stereo provided at each pool
