Aquafit Instructor Wanted
The Town of Ajax is accepting resumes for an Aquafit Instructor. The successful candidate will plan, organize, instruct and lead Aquafit classes for various ages and abilities. The candidate will also be responsible for the training and supervision of a variety of participants of various ages and physical abilities and developing a program that recognizes their capabilities and level of fitness within a community recreation environment. They will also help motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals, while ensuring a positive and safe environment. We are looking for individuals who work well in a team environment, possess exceptional customer service skills and are enthusiastic and passionate about their work.
Qualifications:

·  High school diploma,

·  CALA (Canadian Aqua Fitness Leaders Alliance), AEA (Aquatic Exercise Association) or

·  WaterArt certification

·  Standard First Aid with CPR C

·  ability to provide a current criminal reference check satisfactory to the Town of Ajax
