YOU’RE INVITED! Along with the West Park Family Health Team, West Park Rehab Plus will host an interactive Open House consisting of information 'stations' with various free activities, demos, classes, and "talks". Visitors will be given a Health "Passport" and will be encouraged to have it initialed at each of the stations. The stations are interactive and informative, and clinicians will answer any individual questions. It's a great chance for anyone who is interested in health, rehab and wellness to come by, tour the facilities, meet the team, ask questions and obtain expert information.
